Your profile lets instructors 和 顾问 know who you are 和 how to contact you. It also gives you control over how you wish to receive 电子邮件s.
Open the navigation menu 和 click your name, 和 then Profile to open your profile.

To have 海星 电子邮件s sent to your mobile 电话 (in addition to sending to your primary institutional 电子邮件 address):
Enter the 电子邮件 address of your mobile 电话 in the Alternate Email field. This address will be a combination of your 电话 number plus carrier information.
Click the more information icon for a list of common carriers 和 电子邮件 address formats:
- Check the Also send notifications to my alternate 电子邮件 address radio button.
- Once you have made your desired changes to your profile, 单击Submit按钮保存您的更新.
成功的网络
Select My 成功的网络 from the navigation menu to display your personalized network. This channel lists the people 和 resources that are available to assist you. 对于列出的每个人或服务, 你会找到联系方式, 支持网站, 和, 如果在线调度已启用, 安排约会的链接. If a service includes a waiting room for walk-in appointments, you can click the “Waiting Room” link to find out how many students are currently in line.
The Services that are most relevant to you are displayed first. Select Show Other Services at the bottom of the page to see additional services.
- 来自我的成功网络, click the triangle beside the name of the person you want to schedule an appointment with, 然后选择Schedule

Select 课程 from the side navigation menu to display information about courses you are enrolled in as well as contacts 和 available support related to each. 比如我的成功网络频道, it is personalized to show the people 和 services specific to the courses you are taking, 和 gives you the ability to Schedule Appointment or Request Help related to a course.

- Click the Submit button to submit your request when you are finished.
