All members of the 商学院 community are expected to adhere to Rhode Island College policies and Rhode Island state laws which address appropriate behavior and professional conduct including, 但不限于, the Rhode Island Board of Education 人事政策手册, the Rhode Island Whistleblower’s Protection Act, esball官方网 Statement of Nondiscrimination and Affirmative Action, esball官方网 教师手册, esball官方网 Student Code of Conduct, and esball官方网 学生手册. 菲尔特呃, the 商学院 mission statement provides commitments to “integrity and leading by principled example in everything we do” and “appreciation for diverse ideas and individual differences.”

​All members of the 商学院 community are expected to be committed to ethical, 负责任的, professional behavior in their interactions with all internal and external stakeholders including, 但不限于, 学生, 教师, administrative and support staff, prospective 学生 and their families, 校友, 雇主, 认证机构, 政府机构, 捐助者, 企业合作伙伴, 新闻媒体, and any other members of the public who have an interest in the 商学院. This expectation encompasses honesty in dealing truthfully and in good faith with others; respect for others, 他们的意见, and for the physical environment and facilities of the campus; and a commitment to the principles and ideals of equity, 多样性, 包容, 和社区.

Any alleged breaches of this code should be reported accordingly. Alleged beaches on the part of 学生 should be reported to both the 迪安 of Students and 迪安 of the 商学院. Alleged breaches on the part of any employee should be reported to the employee’s immediate supervisor.​
